Article 1: Preamble

3.5 - Ownership transfer

Article 4: Control

4.1 - Confirmation of the order

Article 5: Payment

5.1 - Validation

The checks are cashed upon confirmation of the order by the consumer.

Article 6: Delivery

6.1 - general

6.4 - reciprocal obligations

6.4.a: Consumer

The consumer has the responsibility to ensure compliance of delivery in the presence of the carrier, either by itself or by a person authorized either by him to receive this delivery.

6.4.b: Dealer

Plexis-cristal will make every effort to rectify the situation with the carrier to the extent that the consumer will have completed all the necessary steps in case of anomalies during the delivery.

Plexis-cristal can not be held responsible for any delay in delivery including due to errors or disruptions due to carriers (total or partial strike of the supply chain and / or postal services and / or means of transport or communications).

6.5 - time

Plexis-cristal open an investigation with the carrier concerned to obtain the location of the parcel. If the merchandise is found, it will be re-routed as quickly as possible to the consumer's home. Any breach of the rules defined above can generate the refusal of assumption of the dispute by the carrier.

Article 7: Reception

7.1 - terms

The consumer must make to Plexis-cristal, within two working days following the date of receipt of the package, any claim of error of delivery and / or non-conformity of goods in kind or in quality compared to entries on the PO. Any complaint formulated beyond this time will be rejected without recourse for the consumer.

7.2 - Delivery errors

Article 8: Right of withdrawal

8.1 - general

Article 10: Product Warranty

10.1 - terms

10.3 - Conditions

10.5 - out of warranty

Article 12: Legal notice and legal clauses

12.1 - Force Majeure

Neither party will have failed in its contractual obligations, insofar as their execution is delayed, hindered or prevented by a fortuitous event or force majeure.
